  Mark and his team helped us get a gas line installed so we could switch to a gas range in our kitchen. His quote was extremely fair compared to the other guys and he went above and beyond helping move the old range out and get the new one all hooked up. He’s super knowledgeable and thorough. I’ll be calling him for all my future plumbing needs and sending others his way as well.

  We had a need to replace our water heater at our rental and needed it to be done quickly. We tried contacting 4 plumbers on a Saturday. One company was way too expensive! The other ones never replied to our messages. Mark responded right away and took care of the job early Monday morning. He even drove to the home to get the pilot light temporarily lit (at no extra fee) just so the renters could have a tank of water to last an extra day. Mark went above and beyond the requirements.   I had a water heater that was leaking and it needed to be replaced. When I called to check their availability Utah Valley Plumbing was able to work me into their schedule the next day. Hayden was the technician (plumber) that showed up. He was polite, explained what he was going to do and was conscientious about the quality of his work. Once he was finished he cleaned up the area and asked if I had any questions. What surprised me the most was the owner came by afterwards and checked out the job to make sure I was satisfied with the installation and asked if I had any questions. A nice and professional touch.
